The Norwalk Police Department announced that the Silver Alert for 20-month old Charmae Brown has been canceled after she was located and found to be safe and sound, police said. She has been reunited with her mother
The Silver Alert was first issued shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Charmae was found within a few hours, and the alert was lifted at approximately 7:40 p.m. Police said that she was expected to potentially be with her father, but it was not immediately clear where she was found.
